GENERAL INFORMATION

Format:
The 57th EASD Annual Meeting will take place online as a virtual event from
27 September to 1 October 2021. Registered delegates can access the
virtual EASD Annual Meeting via their personal MyEASD account by using
the personalised link or login details (both provided in their registration
confirmation).

All sessions in the scientific programme will take place live and interactive at
the time indicated in the programme (all references to a date or deadline
mentioned here refer to the Central European Time Zone (CEST).
Recordings of all sessions will be available afterwards, access will be limited
to registered delegates until 31 October 2021.
EASD

Access the virtual EASD Annual Meeting 2021 platform:
There are two options to access the virtual EASD Annual Meeting 2021. You
can use your personal link provided in the registration confirmation or
access by clicking the ACCESS HERE banner on our website
www.easd.org. In both cases you will be asked to login with your MyEASD
account. In case you don't have an account yet, please create your account
first.
Please note: If you have been registered by a group or a third party you will
need to connect your personal MyEASD account with your registration when
accessing the virtual EASD Annual Meeting 2021 platform for the first time.
You will be asked to enter your Family Name and Registration Number (Reg.
No.) as shown on your registration confirmation during the onboarding
process. Please refer to the login isntructions and FAQ section available on
our website (www.easd.org) for further guidance.

Registration:
Early Registration fees are € 100 for paid-up EASD members and € 215 for
non-members (until 27 July 2021). Late registration fees are € 150 for paid-
up EASD members and € 265 for non-members.
All registrations have to be made by means of the secured online
registration system either prior to or during the virtual EASD Annual Meeting

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to access the virtual EASD
Annual Meeting 2021.
